The Site may maintain a list of financial advisors who have attended certain intensive training seminars with Ed Slott and Company on IRA distribution planning issues including but not limited to:  IRA distribution planning; IRA distribution rules; IRA distribution tax rules; relevant court cases; IRS rulings; planning strategies; retirement account rollovers; inherited IRAs; estate planning for retirement accounts; and, related tax provisions. Such financial advisors are not affiliated with Ed Slott and Company or the Site.  Any financial advisors listed or otherwise identified on the Site conduct their own practices that are independent of Ed Slott and Company, and they are not representatives, agents, partners, employees, independent contractors, or otherwise associated with Ed Slott and Company.  Any representation made to the contrary by any of the financial advisors named on the Site is false.  Financial advisors listed on the Site have undertaken training with Ed Slott and Company. Ed Slott and Company provides training to financial advisors in exchange for a fee.  During the course of such training, Ed Slott and Company provides financial advisors with instruction, IRA information, and various written materials that may help them apply the principles of planning IRA distributions to the affairs of a particular client.  The terms "Ed Slott's Elite IRA Advisor Group," "Ed Slott's Master Elite IRA Advisor Group," "Ed Slott's Master Elite IRA Advisor Group Charter Member" or any other similar term used in relation to a financial advisor identified on the Site is solely an indication that the financial advisor so identified has attended training provided by Ed Slott and Company.  Ed Slott and Company provides training to the financial advisors identified on the Site on a continuous basis.  The financial advisors identified on the Site receive ongoing training through Ed Slott's Elite IRA Advisor Group, Ed Slott's Master Elite IRA Advisor Group, or through other continuous training conducted by means of workshops, teleconferences, electronic correspondence or other conventional means of training.
