Finding the right company to set up an IRA LLC

There is a plethora of companies that say they can set me up to trade in real estate with my IRA but they charge an arm, a leg, and want my first born to conduct active real estate trading. The true self directed IRA with an LLC seems the right way to go to invest in real estate. However, even the one company, ASSET Exchange, that has the most accurate information on line, seems to be a one person show with broken links on his webpages, i.e. IRS rules, which should be one of the most valuable links.

I checked with my CPA and it seems straight forward to set up the LLC and follow the IRS rules but he does not have experience with the specifics of the LLC requirements nor is his company qualified to transfer the IRA funds.

Does anyone know where to go for a reputable company that will set up an IRA LLC and not push the advisory services or have outlandish fees? The qualified company should hold only one asset, the LLC and the only required interaction with them should be providing IRS required data for a fixed annual fee. Setting this up correctly should cost a few thousand dollars for legal fees to have it done right. This should not be rocket science!

Have you looked at Pensco?

Also, I think there is a message in the fees.

You should contact the “Entrust Group” for your self directed IRA Land purchases.
You do not need to set up an llc
They will hold your real estate as a self-directed IRA.
Check my website for available LAND that you can buy.

We sell land near Lancaster California that many people buy and put in their IRA using The Entrust Group as an IRA custodian fund administrator.
My company has used The Entrust group on hundreds of new clients and can fund a purchase in less than 3 weeks.
Most of the time ois spent waiting for the funds to be transferred from the previous IRA holder to the Entrust Account.
Their fees are reasonable and I have been told that it cost less than $150 a year per Real estate asset held. Our marketing company pays those minor fees to any individual that buys Land from us (LRI).

Large companies often use link shortening to make web addresses easier to read. Modern services help make such URLs convenient for both users and businesses (through analytics). So it’s definitely worth trying them if you frequently send links to customers but don’t get the bang for your buck. What do you think of this https://www.capsulink.com/ service?
