Roth IRA contributions – Single MAGI phaseout starts at 101,000, up from 99,000 in 2007. Phaseout at 116,000 vrs 114,000. Joint filers 159,000 with phaseout at 169,000.

TIRA deduction phaseout for retirement plan participants – Single MAGI phaseout starts at 53,000 up only 1,000 from 2007. Joint filers 85,000 with phaseout at 105,000. For non participant spouse – 159,000 to 169,000.
