Free 403(b) Tutorial- Learn about the recent changes

“Long awaited. Comprehensive. Complex. These are just some of the words being used to describe new final IRS regulations that apply to Section 403(b) tax-sheltered retirement arrangements. The regulations will affect nearly every public school and tax-exempt organization that offers employees a 403(b) retirement arrangement”.

In general, the regulations become effective January 1, 2009. However, certain provisions become effective on other dates. For instance, the new in-service contract exchange rules do not apply to a contract received in an exchange that occurred on or before 60 days after the publication date.

Learn about these changes through the “New Developments in 403(b)” tutorial , located at the home page of http://www.retirementdictionary.com. This can be accessed by clicking on the image labeled “New Developments in 403(b)”. This image is located in the middle of the home-page.
