Stretch 401k
I recently learned that all 401k vendors must give participant the ability to make Stretch provisions on their accounts.
Can someone let me know if this holds true to 403(b) plans aswell.

Yes, 403b plans also. Note that the beneficiary must make the proper election by the time limit specified.
