Simple IRA & SEP IRA transfers
My client has a Simple IRA Account at Firm #1 that is active and making contribution to, can my client:
1) Transfer an old Simple IRA of same client into his Active Simple IRA from Firm #2
2)Transfer an old SEP IRA of same client into his Active Simple IRA from Firm #3

He can transfer in the old SIMPLE assuming two years have passed from his first contribution to it, but cannot transfer a SEP or any other type of plan into a SIMPLE IRA that is not already a SIMPLE IRA.
