If you transfer a Roth IRA from one custodian to another dose the 5 year waiting period start over I would think not but just wanted to clarify. Thanks

It does not start over. The 5 year holding period for distributions to be qualified (along with being 59.5) and the conversion holding period to avoid penalty are not affected by rollovers or transfers between custodians.
