Combining multiple IRA RMD’s and withdrawal all RMD’s from one IRA for a Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)

Can you combine multipal IRA RMD’s and withdrawal all RMD’s from one IRA direct to charity for the purpose of a direct Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)? and to satisfy RMD requirement (example: IRA 1 RMD $2,500 and IRA 2 RMD $1,500 = $4,000 total IRA for year. Take $3,000 to charity from IRA 1 and $1,000 from IRA 2 to go to IRA Investor).

Yes, this is possible under the RMD aggregation rules. In fact, with the figures presented this could also be done with the 1000 distribution to the IRA owner being taken first. 1000 will be the taxable amount.
