inheriting a inherited annuity(not ira)

I know they changed the rules regarding the stretch payments when inherited an inherited ira that was taking stretch payments.

My question is for inheriting an inherited annuity that was setup and is taking stretch payments. Can the second inheritor continue to use the same life expectancy factor of the first inheritor, or does the new 10 year deadline apply as for ira stectch payments when inheriting a inherited ira?

The Secure Act does not apply to NQ annuities, therefore beneficiary distributions options apply as before.
