Client wants to know if he can use SEP IRA to invest in LLC’s. Started a family investment group and was wondering if he can invest in buildings using the SEP IRA where he will have ownership.

Yes, it can be done. But investing in real estate requires enough liquidity in the IRA to cover all potential expenses including legal, property taxes, repairs etc.
