Wife, currently on SS Disability

Husband will retire in a couple years at his FRA 66.4

Question: Will she have the option to draw a spousal benefit when he begins drawing his SS Benefit? She would be age 65 at this point when he begins drawing and the spousal benefit option will be higher than her benefit?
